About
Why this product exists
Most executive development never reaches the level where change actually happens. Skills training adds tools; developmental coaching works on the meaning-making that decides which tools a leader can genuinely use. That work has been available to a small number of executives through specialist coaches — and out of reach for almost everyone else.
This product exists to make structured developmental coaching — grounded in constructive-developmental theory, Robert Kegan's research at Harvard, the wider adult-development literature, and the competing-commitments method (Kegan & Lahey) — available to leaders who are funding their own development, on their own terms, in complete confidence.
"This is not a replacement for human coaching. It is what most leaders need before human coaching — or between sessions, or when a coach isn't accessible, or when confidentiality matters more than accountability."
